The basis for the look is a perfected, but barely powdered slightly sheeny skin finish foundation such as W3LL People Narcissist Foundation Stick in Rich Mocha Shade 7. This stick foundation makes it easier to choose which area of the face to conceal and where to add more foundation or not use foundation at all. Then, I use the real techniques buffing brush sprayed with a thermal water spray spritzer to give it some moisture so I can quickly move the brush in small circles around my face. With the real techniques buffing brush, my foundation routine normally takes five minutes for a flawless, even coverage.
While I let my foundation settle into my skin, I move on to my eyes. For eyeshadow, I used the Tom Ford Eye Colour Quad in Cognac Sable 02. I used the brown flesh tone colour all over the lid with a flat top MAC 239 brush. Then using a Mac 217 brush, I used the dark brown cocoa colour to place on the crease and use circular motions to blend in at the outer corner of the socket.
Using the MAC 219 brush, I use the same cocoa shade to put underneath my lower eyelid to create a smokey effect. This brush is small enough to blend out easily without losing its pigmentation. Also, the brush has a really silky, finely texture. Finally, I apply the shimmery taupe colour on the eyelid to create a beige sparkle.
Next, I filled in my eyebrows using the Suqqu Balancing Eyebrow Palette 01 in Moss Green. The eyebrow powder are a great quality, cool-toned dark brown and a gray-green that can be mixed to get your unique colour. My eyebrow look is full brows that are perfectly undone. As you know, perfection is the root of all evils, um... I think that's the saying. There is a I normally use a generic clean mascara to set the brows after I have achieved my desired full, healthy brow look without looking like I spent 30 minutes on it. The result is as good as it gets, and is very long-lasting. Consider this an investment to get Keira Knightley brows.
I then used Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Radiant Light, a perfect rose gold highlight for dark complexions using a Sephora Pro Angled Blush No. 49.
After, I bronzed my skin using Guerlain Terracotta Bronzing Powder in 07 using a real techniques contour brush.
Back to the eyes, I am finishing off with W3LL People Expressionist Mascara which creates fluffy, long lashes. The wand also separates each individual eyelash and can be built upon. I normally use two coats and it expertly lengthens and thickens in one stroke. I press the mascara wand into the roots of my lashes first and wiggle it out to the ends.
Review: This mascara is the best all natural mascara ever that I have tried. Plus, it does not have any artificial chemicals and is 100% cruelty free. If there is one thing you should try from this post, this would be the product.
Finally, I used RMS Beauty "Un" powder to minimize shine, applied lightly with a powder puff concentrating on the T-zone area. Then, I lined my lips using MAC lip pencil in chestnut as a base for my lips. After, I used Maybelline Matte Lipstick in Rich Ruby No. 691. I always make sure to blot using a tissue paper one, and then reapply the lipstick.

The finished results are below. I would love it if anyone tried the makeup look and remember, brows are your face's best accessory. Focus on the brows and the red lip and your face instantly creates the desired 70s look. If you would like to send in your looks, please hashtag #iamyasmin on instagram.
